Here is a Juice recipe that is my favorite!
2 lemons
4-5 strawberries
500 ml of water
hand squeeze the lemons or if you have a machine that can do it for you, better!
Add it all to a blender (or anything of the like).
There you have it, something natural and healthy!
You may double it if you are serving more people and so forth. This juice goes well with any time of the day, especially picnics!
If you are looking for only Lemonade juice, then just add sugar to your liking. And must I say, use the most natural sugar you can find please!
And just in case you are struggling with sugar cravings, try this.
For me I find that a glass of water with lemon only helps at times of cravings.

Our diet and Us
- Are you one of those people that tried several diets and nothing worked?
- Do you extend yourself to a lot of exercise and not seem to reach the desired results?
Let me start by explaining a little bit about where our world stands with the food that earth brings to us.
About 80% of all foods are processed now days. That causes all that food to lose a huge part of their nutritional value, thus you tend to eat more to feel satisfied. But that's not all!
The ingredients used in such foods are not what you find in the natural world of plantation grown foods. There are several ingredients you want to avoid before you even get into exercising, trust me from personal experience.
You also don't need to buy any pills to lose weight, that is definitely wrong! What you need to know is your blood type and find out what is good for you and what is not. Each blood type has foods that works better for them more than others. But that is getting really specific and down to the little things. I am not saying that you can't eat certain foods or you end up really sick, I don't mean anything like that. How did you think human kind survived so long?
But that fact is important to know, so somewhere down the road it would be a good idea to find out what is your blood type and then research to know what foods to avoid.
Your body is a machine. The best machine ever to live on earth, it can do crazy things with the proper training. There is living proof of that. What that means is that you don't need medicine, pills or hunger in order to achieve your goals.
I am currently finalizing my research on foods and ingredients, so I will soon post a list of steps of dos and don'ts.
I urge you to take the first steps and look out after your health. You will be happier, healthier and more capable to do things you thought impossible.
